Abstract

In this big data era, the constitutional   right to privacy are equally important as private law’s protection to privacy. By comparing the evolution of privacy right protection of America and Germany, the authors introduce Taiwan scholars’ method  of  dividing privacy right   into two parts:  private ?eld  and information autonomy  ?eld, instead of creating an independent right.
