Review of China’s Communication Law Studies in 2012
The article reviews the researches on China’s communication law studies in six fields in 2012: the
history of journalism & communication law; the freedom of the press; the relation between media and
justice; the rights of journalism & communication; legal regulation of new media’s communication and
other aspects.
This paper is a part of project “Research on communication and emergency
management in the context of web environment”(project number: 10BXW005), supported by National
Social Science foundation; and also a part of the important philosophy of science project “The journalism
& communication history of Chongqing”, funded by young teachers’ academic innovation team of
Southwest University of Political Science& Law, Chongqing(Project number: 2010CQZDZ06).
