广播的国家认同政治功能实现的历史源起:以建国前中国国民党党营广播为例
The Historical Origin of Radio Broadcasting National Identity:
Based on KMT’s Radio Broadcasting before 1949
在民国广播不足三十年的历史发展中,广播政治功能的彰显,只有在国民党的党营广播电台建
立后才开始充分展开。这主要是由于国民党建立的这个国家是千年未有之“党化国家”,其最独特也
是最重要的特征就是有强烈的党化意识形态——三民主义,因而需要对其进行特殊的政治认同和文
化认同。然而,政治功能的充分实现,反而使得广播逐步由“文明利器”异化为“党国喉舌”,丧失了
基本的大众性和现代性。
In the history of radio broadcasting in the Republic of China, the realization of broadcasting’s
political functions began with the establishment of KMT’s Radio broadcasting. Since the Republic of
China has an obvious characteristic of “partyistic–state” which was reflected in Three Principles of the
People, the radio broadcasting need to help the country to build political identity and cultural identity.
However, the full realization of the political function, made radio broadcasting gradually become the
mouthpiece of party-controlled state, but lost the essential popularity and modernization.
