我国新闻教育在媒介融合发展新时期面临新的问题和挑战。本文对具有共性的重要问题进行归纳和分析，包括新闻教育规模及人才培养定位、新闻教育的创新与守成、师资队伍建设、复合型人才培养、专业硕士教育、资金与实验条件保障等，并在此基础上提出对策性的思考和建议。

China’s journalism education has been facing new problems and challenges in the latest development of media mergence. This article characterized and analyzed common and important issues, including the scale of journalism education, the positioning of talent training, the innovation and retention of journalism education, the construction of teaching staff, the fostering of inter-disciplinary talent, the education of professional master as well as the guarantee for fund and experiment conditions. In addition, ideas and suggestions are put forward regarding countermeasures for the above issues.
